It takes 5 hours for me to travel 80 km to visit my parents on Saltspring Island.
On the plus side, I get to take 2 boat rides and with the aid of an ipod and a decent pair of headphones, I can pretend that I'm mostly alone.
Tom.... that glorious golden sky. I ask myself, "How did he do that!" But I really don't want to know. It's just sumptuous to behold. Thank you.
