It's in...Nice post on labor management tactics. It's interesting to see the general theme of labor disputes these days have been given the narrative that the workers are always overpaid/lazy. An effective propaganda encouraged by all business. Why can't people see that trying to bring down the wages / benefits of one group is a race to the bottom for all our wages and benefits (except for the really wealthy which I may or may not be part of). We should be encouraging the improvement of benefits for all. <br /><br />Canada Post does have some points that old dinosaurs in the Union have to recognize with the disruptive effects of the internet on their business model.<br /><br />It should be interesting to see the public negotiation tactics my group will have in the upcoming year when my contract comes up.Simonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12098492085589641964noreply@blogger.com
